A Juried Members’ Exhibition
Friday, February 10, 2023 (4pm to 7pm) and Saturday, February 11, 2023 (10am to 4pm).
Call Deadline: Monday, January 9, 2023 (5pm).
Artist Notification: Monday, January 16, 2023.

This popular event is held the weekend prior to Valentine's Day...perfect for gift giving! This year the Jewelry Trunk Show will begin in the evening, Friday, February 10, 2023 with an opening reception from 4:00p.m. to 7:00p.m. The show continues Saturday, February 11, 2023 from 10:00a.m. to 4:00p.m.
*Artists will pay a booth fee of $175 (due by Friday, January 27, 2023) and will be responsible for their own sales.

Eligibility (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)
- Open to all member artists of the Rehoboth Art League. Membership must remain current from the time this application is submitted through the last date of this exhibition.
- All artwork submitted to the jury process, displayed and presented for sale must be designed and executed by the accepted artist.
- Artist certifies that jury images submitted represent his/her current original work.
- Artwork created from commercial molds, mass-produced kits, embellished objects or other commercial methods or artwork produced in studios involved in volume production will not be permitted.
- Art collaborators that produce a single product may qualify as a single exhibitor. Such a team may consist up to two people. If you enter as a collaboration, it must be clearly noted on the application and the collaborative effort must be clearly defined. Both artists must be present during the show hours.
Registration Fee
- Twenty Dollars $25.00 (Registration fee is non-refundable).
Payments and Sales Procedure
- Artists will pay a booth fee of $175
- Artists are responsible for their own sales
Submission Requirements
- Only online entries will be reviewed
- Artist must submit four (4) works for review (three (3) images of your work and one (1) image of your booth/table display.
- Works must be created no earlier than 2021,
- Call Deadline is firm
- Specific to this exhibition: You will be asked several questions about each submission.
(1) List of Materials
(2) Year of production, must be during 2021 and 2022.
(3) Excluding natural elements such as gems, shells, etc. and items such as clips and hinges, a clarification of your involement in the overall design and the fabrication of the major elements in the submission.

- Submission images must be less than 4MB (each)*

Registration Process
- If you have never registered to an RAL juried exhibition: Click the "Register" button located in the upper right corner of this page.
- If you have entered a Rehoboth Art League Call for Entry within the past three years using this program: Click the "Login" button and enter your email and password. If you forgot your password: Click "Forgot Password" to reset.
- Following Login: You will be asked to provide your personal contact information and to pay the registration fee of $25.00 by credit card. If you would like to pay by check, contact Rose Murray, rose@rehobothartleague.org
- Once your registration is completed you will be directed to enter your submissions. You are not required to enter any or all of your submissions and/or their attributes at this time. Once registered, you can “Login” to this call at any time prior to the Call Deadline to enter and/or edit your submissions. This includes the ability to both deleting a previously entered submission and replacing it with another.
- *NOTE: Based upon the security settings of your computer or server and/or those set by your internet carrier, emails from ArtCall (artcall.org) may be filtered into you SPAM or JUNK folders. Contact the Rose Murray, rose@rehobothartleague.org if you do not receive an email confirming your registration shortly following its completion.
Display information
- Display spaces are randomly assigned.
- Each Artist will have a six-foot (6’) table to use for display with a black table cloth.
- In lieu of a table display, Artists may provide their own display unit(s) providing it does not interfere with or obstruct another Artist's display or display area. The Rehoboth Art League cannot guarantee space accommodations for custom display units.
- Some display areas will not accommodate a custom display unit.

Additional Information
Artist gives permission to the Rehoboth Art League to use any submission image on its website, social media posts, internal brochures, and the press for promotional purposes only. The Rehoboth Art League recognizes that the Artist maintains copyright of their images. For any image used, RAL agrees to clearly post an image credit, noting the Artist name and title of the work.
